Kangaroo, Malt Liquor, Coconut
Don't ask where we found the kangaroo... Will Matt be able to cook it? What's more, he's going to have to think of the best recipe he knows that includes malt liquor, not to mention coconut. Whether it ends up being healthy or just plain crazy, it has gotta be tasty!

The kangaroo seemed to very thai, with the fish sauce, chili sauce, lime, and coconut. Interesting to sit it into a dairy cream-based bed (safer to use a curry/coconut cream, but that would have been too safe ;P). Looks like it went over well though...
